Breakout session: The Power of Data-Driven Decisions by Cargill

During this session, Graeme Clelland, BI lead of Cargill - the largest privately owned company in the world, will share his best practices on the power of data-driven decisions. Working at a company that almost literally has all BI, data and reporting solutions in-house, his task was challenging. Graeme will elaborate on the business needs and problems they faced regarding analytics and the organization of data, the choices they made, and the benefits Cargill receives on a daily basis from their current setup. He will be able to offer the audience insights on how to get the basics up-and-running to get the analytics in place and prepare for the (near) future with AI, IoT, S/4, Machine Learning and the likes.
