Neptune Software appoints Jørgen Raguse as Chairman of the Board of Directors

Former CEO of Trackunit to be assigned Chairman of the Board as Neptune Software accelerates its growth plans

Oslo, Norway, 13th of September 2022 – Neptune Software, the leading SAP-centric, low-code enterprise app development platform, has named Jørgen Raguse as its new Chairman of the Board. Mr. Raguse will be assigned the role of Chairman and will be actively supporting the senior leadership in driving their growth and business development.

Mr. Raguse, a notable tech investor as well as the former CEO and Vice Chairman at Trackunit, has a long history of driving success across software and technology companies in global markets. During his tenure as CEO, he led the highly successful transition of Trackunit from a European telematics provider into becoming a SaaS-based IoT solution and machine insights provider to the global construction industry. Raguse’s management and guidance transformed and positioned the business as one of the leading global providers of fleet management solutions.
