Migrating to SAP S/4HANA with PreBilt

The customer, a leading expert in the liquid natural gas (LNG) sector, is currently using SAP Inventory Management (IM) operating on SAP ECC. Transitioning to S/4HANA at three separate locations across France, our team will ensure PreBilt continues to meet the company’s operational needs, while maintaining the existing functionality and intuitive user interface (UI).

As part of the company’s planned migration to S/4HANA, our team will carry out a phase of investigation, assessing the existing SAP customisations used across each site and determining the ideal configurations for the project.

After the review stage, our product team will migrate the existing PreBilt for IM solution to S/4HANA, continuing to improve the efficiency of inventory management, stock enquiry and goods receipt for the customer. The solution’s intuitive UI will allow teams to accurately input and review data across multiple device types, helping to ensure compatibility across all three sites.

All standard functionality and active configurations on the company’s existing SAP ECC package will still be available with PreBilt for IM on SAP S/4HANA. This will include goods issue with multi posting functionality, stock requirement listing and trigger emails among others.
