Delivering Integrated Mobility Across Europe

The first half of 2020 has seen a range of our mobile applications implemented within six UK sites, upgrading the paper-based processes it previously had in place to manage its Goods In, Stock Movements and Goods Out within the warehouse. Experiencing immediate benefits in the UK, through improved stock visibility and accuracy and more efficient picking and shipping operations, the distributor is now rolling out PreBilt across its European sites.

PreBilt will be implemented within four sites in France and one site in Spain, Sweden, Belgium and Netherlands. All sites, which run SAP WM, currently operate paper-based systems to manage the flow of goods through the site and are looking to replicate the benefits experienced in the UK. Across the eight European sites, we will be implementing nine of our out-of-the-box mobile applications, along with two bespoke apps that we have developed specifically to cater for processes unique to this customer.

To ensure the apps can be easily and effectively used by the 56 users that will be operating them, we will be translating the apps into different European languages. This latest project builds on our strong reputation for successfully delivering innovative SAP solutions to multiple sites across different countries globally.
