Armstrong Ceilings go live

This project was a carve-out of a complex divestment of the EMEA and Pacific Rim businesses from Armstrong World Industries (AWI) to a Germany business, resulting in the standalone business Armstrong Ceiling Solutions.  As part of the divestment program, Armstrong Ceilings required a copy of AWI’s SAP ECC and Business Warehouse solutions (SAP Solutions) and implementation of SAP PO for current EDI interfaces and the connection of a variety of internal 3rd party interfaces to the SAP Solutions in a datacentre in the UK.

Edenhouse Solutions has successfully executed this project within budget and on time, despite the UK and a number of European countries for the roll out (Germany and Spain) all being affected by Covid-19. This commitment to quality and delivery underpins Edenhouse’s ethos of ongoing stability and reliability during testing times.

Both teams across Edenhouse and Armstrong Ceilings worked  diligently and collaboratively to ensure that the carveout (divestment) and the  creation of the new SAP ECC BW PO (EDI) system with a new Solution Manager along with all the third parties connected was successful. This is a credit to all the teams involved.”
