As a consequence of both business growth and a demand for new skills and expertise, Absoft is also pleased to announce a 20% growth in headcount, further affirming its investment and commitment to being one of the UK’s leading SAP partners.

As we move forwards into the second half of 2023, Absoft remains dedicated to promoting and securing these business imperatives. A dedicated Support Service role of Customer Experience Manager has also been created to drive customer-focused decisions based on deep customer insight. Gillian Innes, the Customer Experience Manager and Absoft’s “voice of the customer”, brings with her a wealth of experience in service delivery, service design and ensuring high standards of performance for IT-managed services and project-based activities. Besides delivering Absoft's customer strategies to key clients, Gillian will also be responsible for developing the Absoft customer experience across the company’s diverse SAP service portfolio. Finally, Gillian will work closely with teams across the Company to understand the "voice of Absoft employees" to build strong relationships and ensure its customer experience requirements are understood.
