The acquisition of Taulia by SAP would only further expand SAP’s Business Network and strengthen SAP’s solutions within the CFO office. Although Taulia will continue to operate independently, it will have its own brand within the SAP Group.
Taulia itself offers payments through supply chain, dynamic discounting and accounts receivable finance. With challenging economic conditions and supply chain disruptions, the market for working capital and early payments has grown exponentially over the past few years.
