On 22nd June a meeting was held by the ICCC with SAP to discuss the joint activities being undertaken. These included a joint review of the SAP Software Lifecycle Management project, Feedback and follow up on the SAP Maintenance Strategy, alignement of the CCC certification process, establishment of the SAP Solution manager advisory council, management of the SAP solution manager development requests, and coperation with the SAP support organisation benchmark survey of 2004.
At the same meeting preliminary discussions were held with ASUG - the American SAP Users Group to establish an ongoing working relationship with the ICCC.
